Overemployment

Secretly holding more than one full-time job at the same time, usually two remote roles.

Overemployment is the practice of working two (or more) full-time remote jobs simultaneously without telling either employer, typically to increase income. Remote work made it easier to do unnoticed.

It carries real risks: most employment contracts prohibit it, and being discovered can mean termination or legal trouble. Anyone considering it should read their contracts carefully — this is informational, not advice to do it.
