Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Software employers use to collect, filter and manage job applications.

An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is the software that receives and organises applications, letting recruiters search, filter and track candidates through hiring stages. Most mid-to-large companies use one, so your application is often first read inside an ATS.
