Hybrid Work
Hybrid work combines remote and in-office days — for example three days at home and two in the office, or an "office-optional" policy. It aims to keep some in-person collaboration while giving employees flexibility.
The trade-off is that hybrid roles usually require you to live within commuting distance, so they are less location-flexible than fully remote jobs. Always check whether a "remote" listing is actually hybrid before applying.
