Headhunter (Recruiter)

A professional who actively finds and approaches candidates to fill roles, often senior ones.

A headhunter — or recruiter — sources talent for employers, either in-house or at an agency. Rather than waiting for applications, they proactively reach out to people who fit a role, especially for senior or hard-to-fill positions.
