Remotix ("we", "us") runs a remote-work job board at getremotix.com. Job seekers browse roles and build a profile for free; employers pay to post jobs; candidates may buy an optional Premium membership. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country), and old enough to enter a binding contract to make a purchase.
You sign in with a one-time magic link sent to your email — keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for activity under your account. No impersonation.
Creating a profile and applying to jobs is free. Information on your profile and any application you submit is shared with the relevant employer. You may edit or delete your profile at any time.
You are solely responsible for the jobs you post and for lawful, non-discriminatory hiring. Job posts are paid in advance via Stripe. We may remove posts that break these Terms.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Stripe until you cancel. It unlocks features such as full salary data, early access to new postings, instant alerts and application tracking. Cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Job posts are refundable within 7 days only if the post never went live. Subscription fees already billed and AI add-ons whose output was produced are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
You keep ownership of what you upload (profile, resume, job posts) and grant us a limited licence to store and display it in order to run the service.
Some features use AI to summarise and score resumes against a job. Results are estimates to assist human decisions — not a guarantee of employment or fit. Hiring decisions remain with the employer.
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee jobs, hires or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use means acceptance.
