This policy explains when purchases on getremotix.com can be refunded. It sits alongside our Terms of Service; where a statutory right (e.g. the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers) gives you more, that right always applies.
A single job post is refundable in full within 7 days of purchase, but only if the post never went live — for example if it was withdrawn before publication or removed by us for a reason that wasn't your fault. Once a post is live and visible to candidates, the service has been delivered and the fee is non-refundable.
Unused prepaid post credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, pro-rated for any credits already spent. Credits that have been redeemed to publish a live post are treated as delivered under section 2 and are not refundable.
Premium is billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your billing page and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for; we do not charge again after cancellation. Fees for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Paid AI features (such as AI candidate ranking) are non-refundable once the analysis has been produced, because the service is delivered at that moment.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your order or job details. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
